What We Believe
The Holy Bible
The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God. It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths.
One God
There is only one God, distinct in three persons (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit).
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is God the Son. He is 100% God, conceived by the Holy Spirit
The Name of Jesus
There is final authority in the name of Jesus.
Redemption
Man’s only hope of redemption is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Salvation
We are saved by grace (which is undeserved and unearned) through faith in Jesus Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, and not a result of our good works.
The Blood of Jesus
The blood of Jesus shed on the cross of Calvary is 100% sufficient to cleanse us of all sins when appropriated individually through repentance and faith
Water Baptism
After believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, the new convert is commanded by the Word of God to be baptized in water in the name of the Lord.
The Lord’s Supper
The Lord’s Supper is a time of communion in the presence of God. Partaking of bread and wine (fruit of the vine) expresses the body and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. This ceremony is carried-out by believers in remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the Evidence of Speaking in Tongues
Initiated at Pentecost, Holy Spirit baptism is the promise of the Father, given by Jesus after His ascension. It empowers the Church to communicate the Gospel in every corner of the world.
Sanctification
Sanctification is the ongoing process of being set apart for God. It is characterized by continual obedience to God’s will, and the development of Christ’s character within us.
Health and Prosperity
It is the Father’s will for believers to become whole, healthy, and successful in all areas of life. This includes, but is not limited to, our spirituality, mentality, emotions, physicality, and finances.
Healing of the Sick
The healing of the sick was illustrated in the life and ministry of Jesus. Christ also commissioned His disciples to do the same. Healing is a provision of Christ’s atonement on the cross.
Christ’s Second Coming
Jesus Christ will physically and visibly return to earth for the second time to establish His Kingdom. This will occur at a time undisclosed by the Word of God.
Resurrection
Three days after His crucifixion, Jesus Christ was physically resurrected from the dead. One day all believers will also be physically resurrected to their eternal reward in Heaven with God.
